Alzheimer's Association of New Jersey and The Bristal at White Plains

From SFYS Artist Daniel Plimpton: Today was my first Sing For Your Seniors in a few months, and boy have I missed it!! The joy that every performer and every audience member gives is wonderful and uplifting.

We had people like Courtney, who has been doing Sing For Your Seniors since the very beginning, sing us songs from Cole Porter, Jason Robert Brown, and Lerner and Loewe. She’s always great. Next we welcomed two new people to our family, Taylor and Mark, who were absolutely terrific in their SFYS debut. Taylor’s voice just soared with ease and Mark held things down brilliantly on piano AND guitar. And finally, we had Michel, whose warm tones and powerful voice blew us away with her takes on Frank Wildhorn and the Gershwins.

It was such a lovely return for me; I’m feeling very grateful to this organization and the artists that make it magical. And huge thanks to the amazing folks at The Alzheimer's Association of New Jersey and The Bristal at White Plains.
