From Session Leader Daniel Plimpton:
Today was my first session back in almost two months after being out of town, and it was so joyful. We practically had a perfect Wordle Zoom diagram with 20 people in rows of 5 from SAGE, Neighborhood House and our public audience.
My good friend Julia wowed us from Oregon with her lovely takes on “Oklahoma” and “The Sound of Music.” Robin Rothman has been with the organization for a couple of years but today was my first time overlapping with her. She did not disappoint with her joyful guitar playing and wonderful folky voice on Joni Mitchell and The Cranberries.
Chris Bober is someone I have known for about ten years and he always has me singing along and dancing with his work on the classics of Elton John and Bobby Day.
From one of our audience members: “This is De-Lovely! Thanks so much for cheering my Friday!” I promise mine was cheered even more.
