About Session

From Session Leader Morgan Kirner:

This evening's special Sunday night edition of SFYS with DSL was JOY incarnate! Our three performers really brought their whole heart to the session.

Kiera brought the house down with some Disney and Broadway classics. She even brought a special guest... her husband! The duo performed a beautiful version of “A Whole New World.”

Jeanette gave us some gorgeous classical Broadway we could all dance along to, like, “Do, Re, Me”from “The Sound Of Music,” and “Shall We Dance,” from “The King and I.”

Our finale came from Laura, who brought out the big Broadway show stoppers, "The Wizard and I" and "Don’t Rain On My Parade.” We were fortunate enough to see not one but TWO performances from the boogie down club this evening.

The first was the "soul train,” with Miss Carly using the spotlight feature on every student so they could have a solo, then finished with a moving performance of “This is Me” from “The Greatest Showman.”All in all, it was an uplifting and incredible session and we can't wait to do it again next month!
