Tim Hausmann

Tim is a consultant with TCC Group, a New York City-based social impact consulting firm, specializing in organizational effectiveness and human resources strategy. He has a Master’s Degree in Arts Administration from Columbia University, Teachers College and is a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP). In his previous life, Tim was a music theatre performer. He has a degree in music from Oklahoma City University and performed in the 2009 Broadway revival of West Side Story, the first national tour of A Chorus Line revival, and regional productions across the country. Tim’s most important credit, however, is his 20-year run as a regular performer at his grandparents’ assisted living center in Bonesteel, South Dakota.
