Sing For Your Seniors was honored to be invited to perform at the 40th Anniversary Luncheon for Health Advocates for Older People. We were thrilled to once again partner with this remarkable nonprofit, which empowers older adults with the tools, techniques and support they need to age with vitality and independence.
SFYS artists Traci Bair, Erica Walker and Sarah Ellis, accompanied by Christopher Zander, delivered a fabulous program for more than 200 attendees. Traci brought humor and levity to the room with the lively “The Girl in 14G,” a comedic tale of apartment living and very noisy neighbors. Erica had the audience swooning with a beautiful rendition of “My Funny Valentine,” and Sarah brought the program to a thrilling close with a show-stopping performance of “Don’t Rain on My Parade.”
To top it all off, Traci stayed after the program to lead the audience in a joyful singalong of “Happy Anniversary,” set to the tune of “Happy Birthday.” The crowd was incredibly appreciative, and we were delighted to share music, laughter and connection in a room packed with vibrant, older adults eager to sing and celebrate alongside us.
