Inspīr Assisted Living and Memory Care

Sessions at Inspīr Assisted Living and Memory Care are always inspiring and heartwarming. This session was no exception as we watched the residence’s faces light up with delight during the artists’ performances! 

Caitlin opened with “The Sound of Music” before getting everyone to sing along with “Someone to Watch Over Me” and “Over the Rainbow.” A senior reached out during “Goodnight, My Someone,” and Caitlin held her hand until long after the song ended.

Katie’s performance of “Cockeyed Optimist” and “Orange Colored Sky” lifted everyone’s spirits with the bouncy energy of the music.

Molly shared a piece from her time as the titular role in “Anastasia” on Broadway, dazzling the room with “Crossing a Bridge.” Finally, she closed the session with the fitting piece “Thank You For The Music.”

Noah treated the residence (and the other artists) to a few solos including “A Quiet Thing” and “No One Is Alone.” 

We left remembering the importance of showing up with our full hearts and favorite songs and cannot wait to see these seniors again next month!
