305 West End offers two private floors dedicated to residents living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease or other types of cognitive impairment. This highly personalized memory care community helps provide aging adults with a sense of place and purpose. The specialized dementia care program establishes a secure, familiar and compassionate environment where daily activities remain consistent and individually paced.
